Direct delivery to the address - the delivery price for orders totaling up to 50 KM is 7 KM, no matter how many items you order.
Direct delivery to the address sends the order to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. Depending on the size and content of your order, Lindex may use different express mail services to deliver your order.
For purchases with a final total amount over 50 KM, shipping costs are borne by Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the Law on Consumer Protection of BiH (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 25/06) and the Law on Consumer Protection of RS (Official Gazette 6/12, 63/14), buying through www.lindex.ba is considered as distance selling.
In the case of distance selling, the Law establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered to be a consumer (the natural person who buys the product for the purpose of meeting his individual needs and not for the purpose of pursuing a professional activity), to withdraw from the contract within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product. When canceling, the buyer may, but need not state, the reasons why he/she withdraws.

If the defect or damage to the product is found to be the fault of the buyer, the refund will be deducted in the amount paid by the buyer for the returned item and the product will be returned to him at his expense.
The seller is obliged to immediately return to the consumer the amount paid by the consumer on the basis of the contract, not later than 15 days after the receipt of the Cancellation Request, and after receipt of the product.

The cost of the expert evaluation is borne by Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina Online Shop. Based on the decision of the competent institute, we will take further steps. This decision will be delivered to the customer in electronic form.
The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.

After that, a check-up is carried out in which retail store the desired size, i.e. the desired item is available, after which you receive instructions and explanations of the process of changing the size for the appropriate one, or replacing the item for another.
When returning an item, it is necessary to return it in proper and unused condition and in original undamaged packaging, with the original fiscal receipt.
