Access to and use of the Lindex Online Shop and www.lindex.ba (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") are subject to the following terms of use. By accessing, browsing, or placing an online order, you agree to the following terms of use.

The Terms of Use apply to all content and services on the website www.lindex.ba. Users are deemed to be aware of these terms and conditions if they use any part of the Portal, and to accept the use of the contents of this portal solely for their own personal use and at their own risk.

To place an order on the website, you must be over 18 years of age and reside in BiH (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Please read the terms of use carefully, as they contain important information. If you have any questions about Lindex, these Terms of Use, or our website, please feel free to contact our Customer Support Center.

This Website is owned and maintained by Tiffany Ltd., Zmaja od Bosne 7, Sarajevo, ID number 4200304020001, a Franchise Partner of Lindex Sverige AB of Sweden (hereinafter referred to as Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina reserves the right to upgrade, modify or withdraw: the Website and these Terms of Use without the obligation to notify users. The terms of use and purchase at the time of placing the order remain in effect until delivery, even if changes have been made to them in the meantime. These terms of use and purchase are made in accordance with the legislation of BiH (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

This site also has links from other websites, which are not owned by Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the use of such sites.

• According to the Law on Consumer Protection of BiH and the Law on Consumer Protection of RS, buying through our sales website www.lindex.ba is considered to be distance selling;
• that goods sold through the website www.lindex.ba possess the properties necessary for the regular use of that type of goods in accordance with its intended purpose as defined in the Declaration;
• that the suitability of the goods covered by the contract is solely determined by the characteristics and purpose of the goods as defined in the relevant Declaration;
• that the selling price of the goods is indicated with each item;
• that the goods delivery service is free of charge for purchases made whose final total amount is more than 50 KM.
• We deliver the purchased goods within 5 days at the latest via A2B, as defined here.
• the possibility to purchase goods with special price benefits and ∕ or with special sales incentives (special offers) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the website www.lindex.ba;
• that the consumer can pay for the goods he purchases through the website www.lindex.ba using cash at the time of delivery, bank payment cards at the time of order creation or by wire transfer;
• the consumer accepts the obligation to pay for the goods ordered when creating an order by pressing the CONFIRM key;
• when the consumer receives an item and he/she determines that the size is not appropriate, the consumer has the right to exchange the item for free within 10 days for another size (if available), where the cost of returning the item bears the seller and the cost of sending a new item bears the consumer;
• when the consumer receives an item and he/she determines that he/she wants to exchange the item for another, which can have a higher, lower or the same price from the originally ordered, the consumer has the right to exchange the item within 10 days, where the cost of returning the item bears the seller and the cost of sending a new item bears the consumer;
• in the event of receipt of the goods, the consumer does not wish to keep them, has the right to cancel the contract and to recover the amount of the purchase price paid for the goods in question, within 15 days in the manner defined here, exclusively in proper and unused condition, and original undamaged packaging, which must be accompanied by the original fiscal invoice. The cost of sending the item to the consumer bears the seller and the cost of returning the item bears the consumer;
• that for goods ordered through an online store, the consumer has the right to make a claim on an already used product, in the manner defined for goods purchased through the online store. You can find the method and procedure for filing a complaint HERE.

Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina reserves the copyright for all content (text, visual and audio materials, databases, programming code). Unauthorized use of any part of the portal, without the permission of the copyright owner, is considered copyright infringement and is subject to legal action.

The personal information you submit to the www.lindex.ba website for the purpose of receiving the product will be treated in accordance with our online privacy policy. It is forbidden to send or transmit to this site or from it any illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or other materials that are in contravention of any law.

Links on this site to third-party locations are provided solely to facilitate your usage. Leaving this site will leave this site. Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina has not reviewed, controlled, and is not responsible for all of these third-party sites or their content. Therefore, we do not endorse or make any representations about them, nor any information, software or other products or materials contained therein, or any results that may be obtained from their use. If you choose to access any of the third-party websites linked to this site, you do so solely at your own risk.

Choice of products

In order to be able to make a purchase on our site you can be a registered user or a guest. The registration process is very simple and requires only basic personal information. At the top of each page is a menu with product categories. Selecting one of the categories will open the product listing page. To the left of this page are filters for filtering products by: gender, type, purpose and price. By clicking on the CHECK fields next to the filter, you turn on or off the desired filter. If you have listed a product group that interests you, you can see additional information about a specific product by clicking on the image or product name. When reviewing products that are available for purchase, you will notice that there is a "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button. When you click this button you will be notified that the product is in your cart. It is possible to add the same product to the cart repeatedly.

Shopping bag content

You can view any product you want to buy at any time. By simply clicking on the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner of the website, you will open a page displaying all the ready-to-buy products. You can easily erase the products from your bag or increase the number of products you want.

Ordering bag products

When you are ready to make a purchase, you just need to click on the bag icon at the top of the page in the right corner, which will show you the contents with all the items you have added to the cart. You will be asked to log in to your profile or register. You only need to fill in the registration form once, and each subsequent time is enough to log in to your account. The Purchase Closing Page will then open. If you have changed your mind about shopping, you can throw items out of the bag by clicking the X button next to the product. You can continue your search and add other products. You can return to your cart from every page by clicking the basket icon in the upper right corner.

When ordering products on the Website, a binding contract of purchase only arises after you have received an order confirmation from Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the email address you provided (Order Confirmation). You will receive the order confirmation by email when Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina processes the order and receives the payment.

In order to successfully process the order, we need the customer's first and last name, residential address, e-mail address and telephone number. With the help of the above information, we can deliver the desired goods as well as inform the customers about the current status of the order.

On behalf of Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we pledge to protect the privacy of all our customers. We only collect necessary, basic customer data and data necessary for business and customer information in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers a choice, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from our mailing list. All customer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need the data to perform their regular activities. All Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina employees are responsible for compliance with privacy principles. We undertake not to use the collected information for other purposes, nor to pass it on to third parties.

In addition to the above information, we collect, analyze and process information about the products our visitors seek and buy, as well as the pages they visit. We use this information to improve the offer and look of our pages and to make it easier for customers to use, buy and shop safely.

Use of our services implies the consent of users to the stated terms of use. Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina undertakes to abide by all of the above, and any changes to the terms and conditions become effective only after posting on this site and sending an e-mail notification to all registered users.

Terms of purchase

Lindex receives only orders placed through our website. We are currently unable to receive orders by phone, email and mail.

To place an order through the website, you must be over 18 years of age and reside in BiH (Bosnia and Herzegovina). You must also notify us of your shipping address and other contact information (such as email and cell phone number). You can do this through a shopping bag when completing an order or registering a user profile on our website.

Items in the shopping bag are not reserved until the order has been shipped and confirmed by Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina via email to your address.

Contract and confirmation of the order

When ordering products on the Website, a binding contract of purchase only arises after you have received an order confirmation from Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the email address you provided (Order Confirmation). You will receive an order confirmation by email when Lindex records the order and processes payment.

Payment and currency

All prices on the Website are in Bosnian Marks (KM) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices are subject to change and offers can be withdrawn at any time.

Prices from the day the buyer completes the order will remain valid throughout the purchase process. The maximum amount of one order is 1000 KM (including shipping costs).

Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina may from time to time offer promotional discounts with or without a promotional code. Promotions with code are generally valid only once and once used, will be deactivated and will no longer be valid.

Discount will be applied at the time of confirmation of purchase.

Discounts cannot be added to the order after the order has been confirmed. Therefore, you must confirm that the voucher is registered before confirming your purchase and payment. Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina does not accept responsibility for promotional codes or promotions posted on other websites.

Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time.

When a campaign or promotion is published by Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina in print or digital format, Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina does not allow a combination of multiple different promotions. Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina therefore reserves the right to cancel a customer order in the event of misuse of a campaign or promotion.

Payment methods

Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina online shop accepts the following payment methods:
• e-pay

When ordering, select the e-pay payment option. You will then be prompted to enter your ePay information and follow the payment instructions below.
• Cash on delivery

If you choose to pay on delivery, upon receipt of the order and confirmation of the same, we will send the shipment to your contact address, and when you pick up the shipment from the shipper, you are required to pay the ransom in the value of the ordered items with VAT plus shipping costs.
• Bank transfer

If you choose to make a payment by bank transfer, you will receive instructions by email to complete the payment slip and make the payment. Upon receipt, your order will be sent to you. The deadline for payment after order completion is 5 business days. After that, it will be considered that you gave up your order and your order will be canceled.

All prices on this site are in Bosnian Marks (KM) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). The items remain the property of Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina until payment is made.

Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina endeavors to process and ship the order 3-5 business days after it has been confirmed by Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

If the delivery is delayed more than 20 days, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase. In this case, the customer is obliged to contact Lindex Customer Support Center.

Delivery

Direct delivery to the address - the delivery price for orders totaling up to 50 KM is 6 KM, no matter how many items you order.

Direct delivery to the address sends the order to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. Depending on the size and content of your order, Lindex may use different express mail services to deliver your order.

For purchases with a final total amount over 50 KM, shipping costs are borne by Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Different Shipping Address

If you prefer, we will deliver the goods to an address other than your main address. Please enter your alternate delivery address at the cash point or enter it on your order form.

Should you change your place of residence, we would kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. All necessary personal details will be recorded by us at the time of your order and we assure you that they will be handled trustworthily.

Return and refund

Return procedure

According to the Law on Consumer Protection of BiH (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 25/06) and the Law on Consumer Protection of RS (Official Gazette 6/12, 63/14), buying through www.lindex.ba is considered as distance selling.

In the case of distance selling, the Law establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered to be a consumer (the natural person who buys the product for the purpose of meeting his individual needs and not for the purpose of pursuing a professional activity), to withdraw from the contract within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product. When canceling, the buyer may, but need not state, the reasons why he/she withdraws.

Contact us by email at support@lindex.ba to initiate a return or refund procedure. Afterwards, you will need to send us by e-mail a Cancellation Request containing the purchase order number, the item code to be returned, and if a refund is made, and the fiscal receipt number to which the refund will be made. The contract waiver statement has legal effect from the day it was sent to the seller by e-mail.

In the case of termination of the contract, the consumer is entitled to a refund or exchange for another product. Refunds are made to the customer upon receipt of the product and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct.

The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, at the latest within 15 days from the date of sending the withdrawal form. After the expiration of 15 days from the date on which the request for cancellation was sent, the product can no longer be returned.

When returning an item, it is obligatory to return the item in proper and unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging with the original fiscal receipt.

Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for defect or damage to the product as a result of inadequate handling of the product, i.e. the buyer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the goods in a way that is not adequate, that is, beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If the defect or damage to the product is found to be the fault of the buyer, the refund will be deducted in the amount paid by the buyer for the returned item and the product will be returned to him at his expense.

The seller is obliged to immediately return to the consumer the amount paid by the consumer on the basis of the contract, not later than 15 days after the receipt of the Cancellation Request, and after receipt of the product.

The cost of returning the goods and funds is borne by the seller.

If you want a refund, you should send a request for termination of the contract (with explanation) to: support@lindex.ba or by post to Tiffany d.o.o., Zmaja od Bosne 7, 71000 Sarajevo, telephone 033 592 465, fax 033 592 467 in the stated deadline (15 days). All requests received within the specified deadline will be considered.

Refund procedure

In the event of termination of the contract, the consumer is entitled to a refund or exchange for another product. Refunds are returned to the customer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct.

The Seller is obliged to immediately return to the consumer the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, not later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, and after receipt of the product.

The cost of returning the goods and funds is borne by the seller.

Refunds can only be made if the buyer has followed the return procedure.

Refunds are made exclusively in the above manner and refunds are made in the same manner as received.

In case of return of items or refund to a customer who has previously made a payment by card, in whole or in part, regardless of the reason for the return, Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina Online shop is obliged to make the refund exclusively through the same card payment method. This means that at the request of the seller, the bank will make a refund to the cardholder's account.

The item ordered, without prior contact and agreement with the operators in the Online Store mentioned above, cannot be returned at any of Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina retail outlets or sent to the addresses listed on the invoice/dispatch note.

What is not covered?

For hygiene reasons, Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot offer refunds of exchanges for:

• Swim suits or underwear if in either case the hygiene seal has been removed or if Lindex reasonably believes the items have been worn (other than for the purposes of trying on in accordance with the above).
• Cosmetics or earrings which have been removed from their sealed packaging.

However, in the respect of items which are faulty please see the Lindex defective items policy below.

Reclamation

If there are any inconsistencies in the purchased product within the scope of the Consumer Protection Act, please send an e-mail with your details (name, surname, telephone) to support@lindex.ba and describe what problem you have.

If you have received the shipment and after opening the package found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the information on the invoice is not appropriate, please send us an e-mail to support@lindex.ba with your information (name, surname, phone number) no later than 24h and describe what the problem is. As soon as possible, and no later than 8 days after the receipt of the complaint in writing or electronically, we will respond to the complaint and will notify you of further action.

If we are unable to assess the merits of the complaint, we will forward the consumer to seek expert opinion on the justification of the request from the competent institute in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina Online Shop shall bear the costs of the expert examination in the case of a justified complaint, and in the case of an unjustified complaint, the cost of the expert examination shall be borne by the customer. Based on the decision of the competent institute, we will take further steps. This decision will be delivered to the customer in electronic form.

The cost of returning the goods and funds is borne by the seller.

Size & Style Exchange

Exchange procedure

If, upon receipt of the item, you have determined that you wish to exchange it for another size or another item of the same or higher price category, please contact us by email at support@lindex.ba. It is necessary that you have the invoice/shipping number by you and tell us the item code and the size that would suit you.

After that, a check-up is carried out in which retail store the desired size, i.e. the desired item is available, after which you receive instructions and explanations of the process of changing the size for the appropriate one, or replacing the item for another.

When returning an item, it is necessary to return it in proper and unused condition and in original undamaged packaging, with the original fiscal receipt.

Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. If a defect or damage to the product is found to be the fault of the customer, the replacement will be refused and the product will be returned to the customer at his expense.

You may not change the ordered item without first contacting and agreeing with the operators in the Online Store mentioned above in any of the Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina retail stores.

The item ordered cannot be changed if it is carried.

Exchange period

The buyer can initiate an item replacement procedure within 10 days after receiving the product. Thereafter, the item replacement period is 15 days after the customer submits the request and after receiving the product.

Delivery cost

The cost of exchanging goods and refund is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.

NOTE:

Confirming your order, by clicking the CONFIRM button, you agree to the conditions of size replacement and replacement for another item.

Liability

Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina retains the right to withdraw from the delivery of the order if there has been a clear or obvious price error on the website (e.g. the price of the product appears to be too high or too low or if price is given as 0 KM). In such case, Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina shall without delay inform you of the error and notify the correct price to you.

The items sold at lindex.ba are provided for private customers only. You agree not to use the items for any commercial or business purposes or for resale, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Any reprint, copying, downloading, storing, transmitting or similar activity relating to texts and images presented on lindex.ba for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is prohibited.

Lindex in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not liable for any errors in texts or images and is only liable for loss of data, loss of income or profit or loss from claims by third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from lindex.ba where such loss is a foreseeable result of Lindex breach of these terms or its negligence, but Lindex is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and Lindex at the time we entered into the Contract. Lindex shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products to the extent that the delay is caused by any event outside of Lindex’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war, flood, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, governmental actions and any other similar events.

While Lindex aims to accurately describe items and images on lindex.ba, there may be minor colour variations between the images and the actual products due to a number of factors such as the used internet browser or the monitors colour contrast configurations. Lindex cannot be held responsible for differences in colours as a result of aforementioned factors.

Lindex shall have the right to interrupt the use of lindex.ba at any time for example on account of maintenance procedures.

Complaint filing procedure

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection of BiH, you can submit a complaint about the quality of our services in writing to: Tiffany d.o.o., Zmaja od Bosne 7, 71000 Sarajevo or by email at support@lindex.ba.

Changes to our terms & conditions
